• Grant our technicians necessary access to your equipment and premises
• Follow reasonable safety and security protocols during service visits
• Pay for services rendered according to agreed terms

4. Pricing and Payment

Our service pricing is as displayed on our website or as quoted in service agreements. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment terms are as follows:

• One-time services: Payment due upon completion
• Maintenance plans: Monthly or annual billing as agreed
• Emergency services: May require deposit or advance payment
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension

5. Service Warranties

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Repair Services: 90-day warranty on parts and labor
• New Equipment: Manufacturer's warranty applies
• Supplies: Genuine OEM supplies carry manufacturer warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webhypex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Webhypex and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Webhypex.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures
• Not misuse our services by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
